Orders are shipped within Türkiye via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery following payment confirmation. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.

To request a return, please contact cabas@cashhimi.com with your order number. Returned items must be sent back with their original accessories and packaging and should only have been handled to the extent necessary to inspect the product.

Any applicable return-shipping charge for a change-of-mind return will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items will be handled by Cashhimi at no additional return-shipping cost to the customer.
